From 1994 to 2016, held senior positions in divisions responsible for foreign and international relations of the State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank).
Since 2017, has held the post of the CEO of the State Unitary Enterprise “Moscow Center for International Cooperation”.

From 2001 to 2013 - Deputy Director of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
In 2013, was appointed Deputy CEO of the State Unitary Enterprise “Moscow Center for International Cooperation”.

From 2007 to 2017 held senior positions in commercial manufacturing enterprises.
In 2018, was appointed Deputy CEO of the State Unitary Enterprise “Moscow Center for International Cooperation”.

In 1998, graduated from the Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation with a degree in Computing Machines, Complexes, Systems and Networks;

From 1995 to 2001, worked in expert and managerial positions in commercial banks, from 2001 to 2004, in the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
From 2004 to 2017, held senior positions in divisions responsible for raising financing and international relations of the State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank), including Vnesheconombank's representative offices abroad.
In 2019, was appointed Deputy CEO of the State Unitary Enterprise “Moscow Center for International Cooperation”.
